scSeqComm

scSeqComm is a bioinformatics tool to analyze cellular communication from single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. scSeqComm allows to identify and quantify the evidence of an ongoing communication between cells through ligand-receptor pairs (intercellular signaling) and signaling paths from receptors to target genes in the receiving cells (intracellular signaling), as well as functionally characterize the response of receiving cells to the incoming cellular communication.
